Old fashioned ingredients on a bar

How to Build a Wedding Bar Shopping List

A wedding bar shopping list should be written after the menu, not before. If you buy “a little of everything,” you will still be missing the one liqueur the signature drink needs.

Write the drinks first

List each cocktail, then the spirit, modifier, citrus, and garnish. Count back from guest count and hours. We can help you do this once the quote is booked — this post is the method, not a fake SKU list.

Mixers and the forgotten row

Club soda, tonic, ginger beer, cola, and a zero-proof option cover most classic menus. Fresh citrus is not optional if the menu includes margaritas or whiskey drinks with an expressed peel.

You provide the alcohol. We bring ice, tools, and the mixers and garnishes that were agreed for your menu. If you want to supply mixers yourself, say so — do not assume both sides bought the same ginger beer.
